In House facilities
- We are specialised and factory trained in the whole PFEIFFER VACUUM programme with special test equipment, calibration rig and direct access to German factory service.
We have the ability to service the full compact turbo range from 80 thru to 1600 l sec-1 capacity locally. We carry a wide range of spare parts for PFEIFFER turbomolecular pumps so that our turnaround times are as brief as possible. Turbo pumps are our specialty
- Vacuum sensor repairs, adjustments and calibration to reference gauges traceable to DKD standards. Standard types include Penning, Pirani and Full Range gauges and their control units
- Calibration and complete overhauls to PFEIFFER Helium Leak Detectors and Mass Spectrometers
- We repair all PFEIFFER industrial and scientific Rotary Vane Vacuum pumps . We also do diaphragm pumps and Extra Dry pumps
- Service and testing of portable GCMS units (Hapsite)
On Site Capabilities
- Mass Spectrometer and turbo pump service and training
- Troubleshooting industrial and scientific vacuum systems (Rough, Medium, High and Ultra High Vacuum)
- Full Helium Leak Detection service (Mass Spectrometer) Vacuum or Over pressure testing
Training & Consultancy
- Consultancy and on site training for all PFEIFFER VACUUM products. We also advise on general vacuum products and applications
