CMR/CCR capacitive transmitters

Precise vacuum measurement.

With its CMR/CCR capacitive transmitters, Pfeiffer Vacuum offers compact and robust measurement devices that cover all application ranges from 10-5 to 1100 mbar. As a result of their capacitive measurement principle, these transmitters operate independently of the type of gas that is being employed.
Each transmitter can be operated with any Pfeiffer Vacuum ActiveLine controller. Their output signal of from 0 to 10 volts with integral error signal guarantees secure measurement.
The transmitters have ceramic sensors. Because of the properties of ceramics, the temperature influence, which is responsible for measured value variances, is very low. This additionally prevents memory effects. A further advantage of the ceramic sensor is its resistance to corrosive gases.
Innovative signal processing produces an optimized measurement limit of down to the smallest possible measured value of 10-5 mbar. A further advantage is the high stability of the measured values.
