MBraun glovebox workstations are complete ready-to-operate inert gas glovebox systems, engineered for use in university research, as well as in large-scale industrial applications. We offer both standard and custom glove box systems.
In addition, MBraun offers a multitude of standard options for the glovebox. For example, freezers, mini-antechambers, solvent absorption traps, programmable transport systems, robotic handling options, and O2 and H2O analyzers.
LABstar WorkStation
The LABstar workstation is a great choice when you need an affordable high quality glovebox system that meets your application requirements. It is a ready-to-operate workstation that includes a large main antechamber, vacuum pump and PLC controller. LABstar comes standard with an automatic regenerable oxygen and moisture single purifier unit (MB 10G compact) that can attain purity levels of less than one part per million oxygen and moisture.
UNIlab WorkStation
The MBraun UNIlab workstation series is available in 2 sizes with limited expandability for research and development. This workstation is the next step up from the LABstar system.
UNIlab is a ready-to-operate workstation that includes a large main antechamber, vacuum pump and monochrome color Siemens PLC touch screen controller. The UNIlab comes standard with an automatic regenerable oxygen and moisture purifier unit (MB 20G) that can attain purity levels of less than one part per million oxygen and moisture. The UNIlab includes integrated high vacuum feedthroughs and a stainless steel encapsulated blower MB-BL-01 with frequency converter.
LABmaster WorkStation
The MBraun LABmaster SP/DP workstation offers additional features and benefits compared to the UNIlab & LABstar glove boxes. Unlike the UNIlab system LABmaster glove boxes can easily be extended by addition of further stations.
MBraun Modular Workstation
The flexible modular standard design allows special customized system configurations. Like the pieces of a puzzle, MBraun glovebox systems can be “pieced together” to form the solution for countless applications. Systems are integrated with equipment ranging from laboratory instruments and deposition systems to fully automated processing lines.
